Pod Design
Every Pod we create is built around you. However we have created a few core designs to help get you started and to make it a smooth process.
Core Pod One
A clean, modern design that maximises light, space, and usability.
Core Pod One features a symmetrical front elevation with full-width bi-folding, sliding or french doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The overhanging roofline adds a sharp architectural finish while offering practical weather protection.
Core Pod Two
A bold, contemporary layout designed to maximise light and create a unique sense of space.
Core Pod Two features a striking corner configuration, with glazing that wraps around the front and side to open up the pod and flood the interior with natural light.
The offset door positioning adds a modern architectural feel while creating a more dynamic internal layout.

A smart, flexible design built for multi-use living.
Core Pod Three features a split-front layout with offset door positioning, creating natural separation within the space.
This makes it ideal for dual-purpose use, whether that’s a workspace and storage area, a studio and reception space, or a private retreat with defined zones.
The clean, modern exterior is paired with a practical internal flow, giving you more control over how the space is used day to day.

The inside of your pod will be OSB Board as standard walls and floor. Electrics will include basic power runs, sockets and switches. Our most customisable option if you have your own plans for interiors.

Walls & floor can be upgraded to plastered, cladded, tiled, decorated with a variety of different floor options. Scale up or down as much as your budget allows. We have the right team, for the right job at the right time.

We also offer our full package ranges, the office pod, wellness, games, gym, aesthetics and more... This is where we will work with you and provide a full interior layout, sourced & installed by us.
